This demo site is one page standalone Tiddlywiki. On open it reads it’s id parameter from url and automatically downloads data from this spreadsheet

If titles of colons in spreadsheet have words “parametr” and “nparametr” Tiddlywiki draws checkboxes with parameters to select.

We can make “static cut” from menu of this page and generate multipage site . This site will work very fast without connect with Tiddlywiki and Google spreadsheets

In our site we can use images from google drive or from our hosting
